We also have 2024 dates set for orientations and group trainings around the Clean Buildings Performance Standard. If your building is greater than 50,000 square feet, you may need to comply with the State law or incur fines starting in 2026.  PSE (at no cost to customers) help building owners, property managers and facility personnel understand and comply with the law and benefit from utility and other incentive pools through the process.
